We review your reports

How will your report be processed?

Once we have received your report, it will be reviewed by our Compliance Department. If further information is needed, we will contact you. Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide contact details when submitting a report via the online reporting channel, so we can reach you.

An investigation will only be initiated if the initial assessment indicates a suspected violation of law or internal policy. Upon completion of the internal investigation, the results will be carefully evaluated and appropriate action will be taken to address the incident.
